The beta is available to early testers. The complete product ships when all ten phases are done. Every phase below is committed to eventually — the sequence is fixed, the calendar isn't.
Reliability
Make the existing ghost mode 95% reliable. Every action either completes or escalates to a lane that will complete it. Every action is verified after it runs. Nothing fails silently.
Ships: reliable ghost + soft physical for all existing primitives.
Ghost Prism v1
The flagship. Highlight anything, press one key, watch the answer write itself in a card beside the selection. Character-by-character reveal. Color-coded glow by content type. Esc dismisses. Nothing saved unless you ask.
Ships: Prism works for text selection in the browser, IDE, and PDF reader.
Native App Controllers
For the apps people actually use, native automation beats vision and beats pixel-clicking. Excel, Outlook, Chrome, VS Code, Photoshop, and the existing WhatsApp module — each one driven by the app's own scripting interface.
Ships: form-filling, email triage, spreadsheet work, web automation — all native.
The Agent Loop
A task that fails does not start over. It reads the failure, revises the plan, and tries again — differently. Multi-step tasks become genuinely iterative. Debugging sessions where the assistant finds a bug, fixes it, re-runs the test, sees a new failure, and iterates without being asked.

The Memory Graph
Replace the flat fact list with a structured graph. "The Henderson proposal" resolves to a node connected to a person, a date, a document, and a decision. "The file we just wrote" resolves without re-reading the conversation. "What did we decide about the API redesign" answers against the actual decision.
Ships: "the file we just wrote" works, and "the Henderson proposal" resolves to a thing, not a text match.
Ghost Prism v2
Prism becomes a study tool, not just a Q&A card. Every interaction is saved. The history is searchable. Follow-ups drill down. Compare mode puts two selections side by side. Flashcards generate themselves from what you ask most.
Ships: Prism becomes the reason users open the app every day.
Domain Specialists
Six specialists — coding, web, research, data, creative, ops — each one a planner that knows the idioms of its domain. A request that starts with "research" gets a different plan than a request that starts with "hello."
Ships: domain-aware planning. Workflows that match how you actually work.
Extensions Platform
A documented plugin API. Anyone can add a primitive, a specialist, or an element locator. A marketplace for community modules. If it can't do something, you can teach it.
Ships: power users extend the system without forking it.
Voice Upgrade
Barge-in. Emotional prosody. Local TTS for airgap mode. Multi-turn conversation without re-triggering the hotkey. Voice that sounds like a person, not a system prompt.
Ships: a voice you can interrupt, and that sounds alive.
Polish & Beta
The final pass before release. Strip diagnostic prints. Rewrite the README. Refine the first-launch wizard with intent selection. Pin dependencies. Polish crash dumps. One tester installs from scratch and reports back.
Ships: the public release, ready for anyone to install.

Ghosthread is a desktop agent. It sees your screen. It hears you interrupt. It remembers your projects. It iterates until the job is done. It works in every app on your machine. And it never — not once — steals your focus.
That's what ships. Not a subset. Not a wrapper around a chat box. The full operator, on your machine, working the way a second set of hands would.
A note on dates
We don't publish hard dates. Shipping a bad build on time is worse than shipping a good build late. Every phase above is committed to eventually — the sequence is fixed, the calendar isn't. Beta testers see each phase first, and this page updates the day something ships.
